Freedom Avionics Company is Located in Hanger Number 3 on Rocky Mountain Metro Airport in Broomfield, Colorado. We are in the same Hanger as Rotors of the Rockies and Executive Air Maintenance. Freedom Avionics was started in 1989 by Gene Shriver and Bob Caswell. Gene retired in 1995 and Cliff Olson took his place as general manager. Freedom was founded on the principal of the "Golden Rule" which has served the company well. Our company moto is "Space age technology with a golden rule philosophy" We welcome the opportunity to serve you.

Cliff Olson is our general manager and handles the sales and installation for the company. He is one of the owners and has been with us for about forteen years after teaching at Colorado Aero Tech in their avionics program. Cliff retired from the U.S. Marine Corps. After serving for 20 years and takes great pride in his workmanship.

Bob Caswell is the other owner and has over 45 years of experience working on aircraft. Bob is an Air Force veteran and holds FAA certicicates as a commercial pilot, flight instructor, mechanic and repairman. Bob has worked on Jeffco Airport for over 35 years and helped start Freedom Avionics over 20 years ago. Bob's joy in life is making your avionics equipment perform like factory new.

Mary Olson and Mary Caswell handle the office duties and are the friendly voices on the other end of your telephone. Mary Olson is a Marine Corps vet and handles the job of office manager and does the accounting. She is the "morning Mary" and works from 8:00 to noon. In the afternoon you talk to Mary Caswell who is here to help you with your scheduling and parts needs. Whenever you call, you get to talk to a friendly "Mary"
